Hey MyIGN! It seems that there has been no Zombie apocalypse, Alien invasion and uprisings of the MyIGN enforcement team but there has been something that has struck me. School! Something very unexpected since I have to go back for a few weeks plus with an assignment over the summer holidays. Although I could always do the homework clean and sweep! However this is the reason why I haven't been online as much although you can expect some blog posts by me about every once a week or once a fortnight which doesn't sound too bad but last time I said this, I wrote 7 blogs in one week so I suppose I could surprise you! 
Also, feel free to use the oncoming wallpapers if you wish. 
Anyway enough of that! Today I reveal a few MyIGN console exclusive games I thought about which I have been aiming to write for ages! Again this is not exactly a real console http://www.ign.com/blogs/mikeerik/2013/02/15/myign-console/ but it is a way where I can express my ideas but also of MyIGN ideas soon as when I get round to writing a few new blogs, I will ask you a few questions, votes and competitions which will form up in to one full game where I will mention everyone and the ideas they put forward. That's why I called it the MyIGN console. If it was just my ideas, I would have called it the Mikeerik console... it's possible that it could be in development by the mysterious Mikeerik company but that's another story altogether.
So here's the games I have planned so far in an event similar to E3 where new consoles are announced. I'd like to remind you that I will explain more of these games in future blogs so this is just a taste of what is to come. They include:
Templar's Greed 4
Not only is the Templar's Greed series continuing, TG4 begins a new series however still connected to the original series in terms of gameplay and story so don't start waving goodbye to all the characters just yet. There will be a total of 6 with 2 continuations like Brotherhood and Revelations and one spin-off connected to the series however each will have their own unique terms of gameplay and environments. I almost forgot, all the plot holes and mysteries left of the series will be answered in this new series.
I still haven't told you the name of this new series. Well it's called, Hell on Earth and takes place a few years after the events of TG3 however with Clarkson as the new modern day protagonist however there are lots of connections to the past series so be prepared to put your remembering caps on. He seems to have cut all ties to his past since he is seen ripping up a photo of him and his best friends Claire and Melanie and even his assassin heritage. During these events, he now investigates along with several Templars about a POE they recently uncovered in a remote Abstergo base.
You're probably all screaming at me wondering, "Just give us the historical setting already." It takes place during the Japanese invasion of Korea (1592-1598) where an assassin is training under the teachings of her mentor where they can both call upon on each other in any time of need. However during the war, they notice that a number of Destroyers have become increasingly powerful and pose a major threat in annihilating the Human race which has forced the Assassins and Templars to make their worst nightmare a reality. Teaming up! 0_0 It's a strange and possibly unthinkable thing but they must become Templins in order to stop the enemy. This will also answer many mysteries of the 4 orders.

In the trailer he arrives to a volcano in the middle of the Pacific Ocean spewing out lava everywhere in the pouring rain as he makes his way up the erupting volcano by using Eagle Vision to predict where areas will be affected. It shifts over to him in a plutonium suit inside the Absetrgo base with puzzles and finally the energy grid caving in on itself... and I think I'm sure they paid their gas bill.
In the historical setting, it shows the main character and her mentor overlooking the conflict and making their way to use the invasion itself as a form of stealth. Thus becoming Ninjas in a way.
Uncharted: Enter Abyss
This is the start of a brand new Uncharted series which takes place in a darker tone with many more gameplay and story elements however keeping a humourous tone at times... most of the time... usually... occasionally. So the game takes place with the main character being marooned on a remote desert island which is smaller than house! 0_0 Given a shotgun, one bullet and a bottle of alcohol. This is where he starts having flashbacks with desperation to survive through the tough heat and the water around him that he just can't drink. He is known as Drake and has Francis and Nathan Drake's journals although no one really knows, "Drake who?" However through the events, we start to discover he's not the guy we think he is and eventually his mysteries become revealed. However there's one thing for certain. He's not looking for any legendary objects or places anymore. No, he is looking for for a mythological creature... known as Medusa!
The setting for the game is basically the one from the first game. The island where we had Tarzan thingies chase us. I won't say any more because I think I will spoil t for other people who still wish to play the game. This is open world and it gives you many things to do. The enemies of the game are pirates but not the boring modern kind. Oh no, these are ones who wish the the pirates to revert back to their original ways like in the 1700s and they believe that a treasure hidden somewhere on the island will help achieve their dreams. However the leader is basically... Drake's best friend which kind of makes it awkward but that's where the gameplay comes in to play. He can decide to negotiate with members to get past and just annoy them so they're most likely to join him or just do the old fighting moves, old fashioned Pirate style. However, if you start shooting them and killing them with glass bottles, they will get mad and have no hesitation to kill him. They seem to change throughout the game and are more sophisticated since they have their own economic system but as time goes by and they're unable to produce resources, guns and pistols become a distant memory and ultimately begin using primative technology such as spears and creating death traps as they all slowly begin to descent in to madness which makes you think twice before going down the clear path... and instead with the powerful current river so there's many ways to reach an area. You can also expect some neat graphics too!

Drake is thrown on to the desert island by his best friend, the leader of the Pirates win tells him that he trusted him and will leave him to die. The next scene shifts to events happening on The Island from death traps to megalithic pirate ships. From forest fires via flamethrowers to water skiing. 
Assassin's Creed: Malik
One of my favourite characters has not exactly been written off so quickly. This will take place with both Altair and Malik in their old age telling each other stories about their assassin pasts which don't seem to raise any eyebrows. These stories will take place with Malik and his brother in their early ages training to be top assassins, up until Altair's downfall. This will bring back the old AC1 theme but also in more HD graphics! However with fighting, there is a more realistic tone where the buttons on the control will correspond to new combos. Mess one up, you could get hit... and no one wants to be turned in to potato mash. You also get twin crossbows for double silent takedowns... unless the guards hear a switching sound. Now on to the notoriety, it's not exactly, "Take down poster. Guards immediately forget the deaths of 20 guards." Now, there are time lags, you may have to wait a little longer but until then, you could just lose the guards by running in narrow alleyways, guards can't get through.
Mass Relay
This is like Templar's Greed but this time for Mass Effect however this is based much more on exploration of space. Most of the planets in the series, you can't even land on. 
However that will change. A new expedition team comprised of all kinds of species, robots and even new aliens, will arrive to many planets beyond a Mass Relay system which include strange alien worlds and environments to inhospitable planets which brings a lot of survival themes where who you pick to go to certain planets and areas and what decisions you make will decide who arrives back from the missions and you can also play as these squad members once you've sent them on missions but also the fact that there's the unknown out there and with fuel bound to run out any minute, there's some themes of horror but also some of humour.
Who you will play? Hmm... How about the choice between a male Turian and an Asari, each with their own backrounds and stories.
Which would you prefer?
Remember when Istarted his new series and you were given the choice which planet would you rather live on? The planet Illium or Tatooine? Well that was partly to start a brand new series. The planet that got the least votes will have proved the harshest to live on and so the new series is known as simply, Tatooine!
You're probably all screaming at me saying, "You tricked us!" Don't worry. There's an Illium series planned too! However in this game you don't play any Jedi, Sith or even bounty hunter. Instead you play a native Rodian born during a rebellion in Mos Eisely where he is forced to live in the harsh wasteland of the global desert and ultimately becomes a scavenger in traits so that he can burrow in the ground to hide from enemies and look for spare parts if he breaks down however he is also associated with the force so that when it's night time, he can perform several puzzles with the constellations although this could lead you in the wrong direction and there's one problem with this... the whole planet is traversable and you don't want to be stuck in a storm. However the era is still a mystery... for now.

Now the trailer on the other hand shows the beginning of the game where he is taking hostage by a Hutt member and forced to face the Sarlacc Pit however when he starts rebelling, the whole platform collapses leaving them all vulnerable. The main character struggles to reach a plasma gun as his enemies are thrown in away from him. However once he finally reaches it and sees the Sarlacc after him, he aims and pulls the trigger. This is where something tremendous happens and the unknown force within him caused the weapon to explode leaving a bright, flashing light. When he wakes up, he finds that everything has been killed completely including the Sarlacc pit, except for him.
Many more games
There will be many more games to be based off current series so to continue them in many different ways such as with the use of spin-offs for several characters and events however the MyIGN console will also be responsible for the creation of adapting games based on novels or other forms of media that aren't well known to give them a chance to become well known and to continue many series before they are forgotten and continue ones that couldn't make it past the PS1 era which could also bring back some cool genres. Back when I was just playing PS1 demos, every one of them seemed like a new genre. I'm not gonna say whether I was any good at em. It will also give rise to the return of games based of films but you can expect them to be in development for a lot longer and with many new surprises.
I would like to write about more games I have in mind but there's just way too many and I'm writing this blog really speedy but you can be sure that I will write about new ones and these ones in more detail in the future.
